Sessions last 50–60 minutes and are available online or onsite in London-based organisations.
For focused work around performance anxiety, weekly sessions are recommended. For ongoing wellbeing support, monthly sessions provide structured continuity and integration.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in a strong working alliance and delivered through a structured, confidential process built on trust, psychological safety and a clear understanding of the factors influencing performance and wellbeing.
In high-pressure environments, stress responses are essential. However, when past high-impact experiences continue to trigger disproportionate reactions, they can undermine confidence, clarity, and decision-making.
Where appropriate, I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), and the American Psychological Association (APA). EMDR helps reduce conditioned stress responses, enabling steadier emotional regulation and more consistent performance.
