INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a confidential and reflective space to explore emotional difficulties, patterns in relationships, and experiences that may be affecting wellbeing, confidence, or day-to-day life.
Meaningful change in therapy develops through a thoughtful, consistent and trusting therapeutic alliance. My approach is relational, grounded in psychodynamic and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) approaches.
AREAS OF SUPPORT
Depression

Relationship difficulties
Low self-esteem and self-criticism
Confidence and work-related difficulties
EMDR
An evidence-based approach
EMDR is an evidence-based approach recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), NICE, and the American Psychological Association (APA).
It supports the processing of experiences that may continue to hold emotional or physiological intensity, helping to reduce patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or heightened stress responses.
EMDR can be particularly effective where past experiences continue to influence present-day wellbeing, relationships, or performance.
SESSIONS
A consistent rhythm
Sessions are delivered online at present, for 50 minutes, and take place at the same time on the same day each week.
